How we use the details you give us when you call, message or ask us to call you back.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the “Call me back” form we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your postcode and a short description of what has happened. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you came from a Google advert, the advert click reference.
When you call or message us, we keep your number and the details of the job so we can send a locksmith and deal with any follow-up.
Why we use it
- To call you back and arrange the job you asked about (steps you asked us to take before a contract).
- To keep a record of jobs, prices and payments (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- To understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies (consent).
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing messages.
Who we share it with
Our website host (Hostinger, servers in the UK), our email provider and, if you accept cookies, Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager). These companies process data for us under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Callback requests are kept for [12 months] and then deleted. Job and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing exactlocksmiths.support@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
